Happy Father's Day

A big Happy Father's Day to Grandpa and Papa and all of the other proud fathers out there who aren't reading this blog because let's get serious, only women actually read this blog and then tell their husbands about the cute picture they saw on the blog.  And then their husbands say "that's great" because that is what we husbands are trained to say.

I write this as Elise screams louder and louder. I think she is hungry, or needs to be changed, or is bored, or has a hair between her toes or isn't enjoying her bath.  OK, I have no idea why she is screaming.  But since it is Father's Day mom is on the case and no doubt Amanda will figure it out.  Elise is loud.  Yep, loud like her dad. I love it and encourage it.  She has a good set of lungs and isn't afraid to use them.  I'm not saying she is cranky.  Quite the opposite.  But when she does get upset she will slap you in the face with her screaming.

 

3 months has gone by pretty quickly.  Here are some of the pictures from the last week and a half or so. A few guest appearances in today's post and Elise went to her first B-day party - Ava Ritchie is 3 YEARS OLD! Happy Birthday Ava. Check out the cake and the jello jars. All homemade! That must mean my 3 year wedding anniversary is coming.  Am I still required to get Amanda a present or do I wait until 25 years?   Hope everyone out there is keeping well.  Elise says hi, or ahhh, or googoo gagga something. Actually she is just grunting.
