Elise 2 weeks old
Elise has been home for three days and two nights now and so far so good. The first night Elise partied like a rockstar until 3:30am but by night 2 she seemed to be worn out and was only up a few times to get her food before crashing out again. Days have been filled with sleep and usually an appointment with one of the nurses/doctors/therapists that have been assigned to Elise. Being premature means she gets a good amount of attention from the medical community. It also means mom and dad are given a ton of pamphlets and reading materials. Elise was weighed today and hit 4 lbs 11oz. Really packing it on she is. Here are a couple pics from the last two days.
