I met a lobster, it was yummy - March 2014

So far Elise has had an eventful March. Beaches, play dates, lobster (it's alive), kindermusic, Daddy's hockey games (professional standard of course), parks and lots of play time with first Nana and now Meme. Amanda went back to work this past week and we were lucky enough to have Meme (Amanda's mom) come down to help take care of Elise until we sort out a permanent day care solution.  It's been a tough adjustment for all of us and there may have been some screaming and crying but the transition is slowly getting better. I'm one!

Today it's my Birthday. I was born on 3/13/13 at 13:01. Anyone superstitious out there?  I had so much fun during my first year and I can't wait to get year two started. Pretty soon I will be walking and talking and running and maybe I will even get my first tooth.  My mom planned a great 1st Birthday Party for me that will be tough to top in the future.  All my friends came and so did my Nana, all the way from B.C.  Mommy made me a nifty sign and some homemade cookies to celebrate my milestone. She also bought me a super pretty dress to wear to my party and for the first time ever I ate cake! (banana muffin with a banana avocado icing which I got all over my pretty dress) I hope everyone enjoys the pictures! Happy Birthday to me!
